4. Booking and Scheduling
Classes can be booked after purchasing a plan. Scheduling is subject to availability, and we recommend booking sessions in advance. Any changes or cancellations to scheduled classes must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payment for lesson plans must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via major credit cards and other specified methods. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except in cases of service cancellation by Mini Minds.
6. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Classes can be rescheduled if notified at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to attend a scheduled session without proper notice will result in the session being marked as completed. In case of technical issues on our side, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
7. Conduct and Responsibilities
We expect all participants to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the session without a refund. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child's appropriate conduct during online sessions.
